My Approach

Collaborative

Psychiatric treatment works best when you also engage in counseling or talk therapy sessions. I collaborate with your therapist and share notes, to ensure that our efforts continually support and complement each other.

Holistic

While most psychiatric practitioners tend to stay focused only on medication, I view medication as just one part of what can help make and keep you healthy. I make sure I have a good understanding of all the parts of your “Life Chair,” and that you understand them, too.
